Frequently Asked Questions

Where are my tickets?

Physical tickets are held under your name at the box office for pick-up at the performance.

What if I didn’t receive an email receipt?

Please allow an hour after you purchase tickets for the email to come through. Check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t go there. Call the box office at (262) 248-0505 to receive a new email or text receipt if your email does not arrive.

Can I pick my seats?

No. Seats are assigned as best available at the time of purchase. All tickets booked together will be seated next to each other.

If you would like to be seated next to another party, please call the box office in advance.

Is the theatre handicap accessible?

Yes. Please alert the box office of any accessibility needs you may have so they can best accommodate you.

How much are tickets?

The resident Tristan Crist Illusion Show is priced at $48 plus tax per seat. There are no child prices.

Are the shows appropriate for young children?

The resident Tristan Crist Illusion Show is a Vegas-styled performance experience that is designed to entertain and fool teenagers and adults. The performances are family-friendly and young children certainly enjoy the visual aspect of a live show as well.

Strollers and baby seats are not permitted in the theatre. The performance experience is not recommended for infants.

Tell me about the performance environment.

The performance is a modern, hip, cool and edgy live show. A wide variety of rock and alternative music is used as well as flashing lights, pyrotechnics, smoke, strobes, confetti and video content to create a fully immersive environment for the audience!

Do you have group discounts?

Yes. Group discounts start at $5 off each ticket for 30 people and $10 off per ticket for groups of 50 or more. Please call the box office to arrange for group pricing.

How early should I arrive?

The box office and lobby doors open one hour prior to each performance.

We recommend arriving at least 15 to 30 minutes before the performance begins to allow for time to purchase concessions and be seated.

How long is the show?

The Tristan Crist Illusion Show is approximately 90 minutes with intermission.

Where is the theatre located?

100 N. Edwards Blvd. Lake Geneva, WI 53147 (Just past the ALDI and across from the Walmart and Compass Real Estate.) On-site parking is available and the venue is within driving distance of all Lake Geneva area hotels and resorts.

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. If you decide you cannot attend a performance after purchasing tickets, you can always give away or sell your tickets to someone else. Please alert the box office so they can change the name your tickets are reserved under.

Tickets are transferable to a different date up to 24 hours before the performance and will incur a $10 per ticket transfer fee.

Are there food and drink options available at the theatre?

Yes. Candy, popcorn, soda (pop), water, beer and wine are available for purchase before the show and during intermission.
