Where are my tickets?
Physical tickets are held under your name at the box office for pick-up at the performance.
What if I didn’t receive an email receipt?
Please allow an hour after you purchase tickets for the email to come through. Check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t go there. Call the box office at (262) 248-0505 to receive a new email or text receipt if your email does not arrive.
Can I pick my seats?
No. Seats are assigned as best available at the time of purchase.
Is the theatre handicap accessible?
Yes. Please alert the box office of any accessibility needs you may have so they can best accommodate you.
How much are tickets?
The resident Tristan Crist Illusion Show is priced at $40 plus tax per seat. There are no child prices. Guest shows may have variable pricing.
Are the shows appropriate for young children?
The resident Tristan Crist Illusion Show is a Vegas-styled performance experience that is designed to entertain and fool teenagers and adults. The performances are family-friendly and young children certainly enjoy the visual aspect of a live show as well. For more information on specific guest shows, please call the box office. Strollers and baby seats are not permitted in the theatre. The performance experience is not recommended for infants.
Which show should I choose?
Illusionist Tristan Crist is the resident performer and owner of the theatre. Tristan Crist presents large-scale illusions like making a helicopter appear! Brett Daniels is a guest magician that specializes in sleight of hand style magic and mind reading. Call for information on other limited engagement shows that are brought in throughout the year.
Do you have group discounts?
Yes. Group discounts start at $5 off each ticket for 30 people and $10 off per ticket for groups of 50 or more. Please call the box office to arrange for group pricing.
How early should I arrive?
The box office and lobby open two hours prior to each performance. We recommend arriving at least 15 to 30 minutes before the performance to allow for time to purchase concessions and be seated.
How long is the show?
Performance times vary based on which performance you choose. Click on your specific date to read more about that show’s length.
Where is the theatre located?
100 N. Edwards Blvd. Lake Geneva, WI 53147 (Just past the ALDI and across from the Walmart and Keefe Real Estate.) On-site parking is available and the venue is within driving distance of all Lake Geneva area hotels and resorts.
Can I get a refund?
No. All sales are final. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. If you decide you cannot attend a performance after purchasing tickets, you can always give away or sell your tickets to someone else. Please alert the box office so we can change the name they are reserved under.
Are there food and drink options available at the theatre?
Yes. Candy, popcorn, soda (pop), water, beer and wine are available for purchase.
